Technological innovations were presented at the Brno Exhibition Centre by 1,386 exhibiting companies from 42 countries around the world. During four days of the expo, their stands were seen by more than 55 thousand visitors, mainly technicians and businesspeople who need to introduce innovation into practice rather quickly.

Friday was the first day of competition in the modern history of the Young Top Styl Designer competition. Since the morning, a seven-member jury of experts evaluated 62 models designed by 42 students from 11 schools.

Pavilion P turned into one big fashion show today. 163 exhibitors from 12 countries brought their new collections of clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories to offer the trade. "A total of 380 brands are presenting themselves at the fairgrounds and 40 percent of the exhibitors are from abroad," underlined the international importance of the event, said the project director, Martin Škarka. As always, the fair is adorned with a catwalk where collections of top designers, exhibiting companies and young designers alternate during the day.

Formation of the Magic Carpet Artists was the brainchild of Internationally renowned textile artist and teacher, Gillian Travis. As Pandemic lockdowns became more restrictive and face-to-face contact with other creatives became impossible, Gillian reached out to a number of like-minded textile artists in Australia, Germany, Israel and the United Kingdom.
