The new concept of food fairs under the SALIMA brand brings a perfect overview of Czech and foreign food suppliers, state-of-the-art technologies for food production, equipment for their processing, equipment and equipment of gastro operations, needs for milling, bakery and confectionery, wholesale and food distribution.
SALIMA is intended only for professional visitors and takes place every two years. At the same time, the fair is a platform for the exchange of experience in the introduction of innovations in the food industry.
The SALIMA fair will be complemented by the EmbaxPrint International Packaging and Printing Fair. This is a suitable connection, because a high percentage of the production of the packaging industry goes to the food industry.
