Visitor Regulations on the premises of BVV Trade Fairs Brno
These Visitor Regulations apply to the premises of BVV Trade Fairs Brno (in Czech: Veletrhy Brno, a. s.; hereinafter referred to as the Company) with its registered office at Výstaviště 405/1, 603 00, Brno for visitors to events held on the premises and other persons entering the premises (hereinafter referred to as the Visitor).
By entering the premises, the Visitor undertakes to comply with these Visitor Regulations.
The entitlement to enter the premises shall be verified by an employee of the Company or the on-site security staff.
Upon request by the security staff, the Visitor is obliged to submit their personal luggage for inspection at the entrance and exit gates (both pedestrian and vehicular).
For the duration of the event, entry to the trade fair or exhibition premises is allowed only with a valid ticket.
In particular, the Visitor is not allowed to:
- bring in and distribute brochures and other printed materials, to conduct advertising activities, to take photographs for profit, to carry out surveys and other similar activities, or to carry out any unauthorised commercial activity (sales) without the consent of the Company,
- damage the property, greenery and landscaping of the Company's premises,
- move outside the pavements and marked walkways, and tread on the lawns,
- enter the non-public administrative offices of the company, or enter behind mobile fences,
- ride bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, or scooters,
- smoke in the halls or use electronic cigarettes,
- bring in any alcohol, narcotics or other intoxicating substances, weapons, or other dangerous objects, as well as substances used as an incendiary agent, or use any means that can cause fire,
- remain on the premises after closing time, unless there is a social event by invitation, or with the consent of the company.
Parking for Visitors is allowed on the premises and in the Expoparking building in designated unguarded parking lots outside of the exhibition area, unless otherwise instructed by the parking staff. Parking is not permitted in the firefighters' gathering points signposted with an appropriate traffic sign or road marking.
In the event a vehicle is left outside of the designated parking spaces or even in prohibited areas or places obstructing traffic, service and response to breakdown, emergency or fire situations, the vehicle will be towed away from the premises. Parking is subject to a fee and is governed by parking regulations.
Visitors are required to conduct themselves in such a way as not to cause a fire, obey orders and observe prohibitions relating to fire protection in designated areas.
In the event of a fire, Visitors shall follow the fire alarm directives posted in visible places on the premises, obey the call for evacuation and follow the instructions of the persons organising the evacuation. Visitors shall use information and fire signs indicating the directions of escape exits to reach safety.
In the event of an emergency, Visitors shall follow the instructions of the police and persons in charge of evacuation.
In the event of an injury or other emergency on the premises of the Company, each Visitor shall immediately notify the security staff at the staff gate (phone +420 541 153 383), and in case of need, first aid will be summoned.
The Company shall not be liable for the loss of any items brought onto the premises or for any damage to the property or health of any Visitor caused by the Visitor's own actions or the actions of third parties in breach of the terms of these Visitor Regulations.
A holder of the ZTP (Disability Identification Card) has the possibility of entering the premises by car and parking in the reserved areas.
A visitor with a dog must always keep the dog on a leash. Dogs taller than small companion breeds must be muzzled. The owner is responsible for cleaning up any excrement and for any damage caused by the dog to any person, Company's property and property of exhibitors and visitors. The Company reserves the right to forbid the entry of dogs to any part of its premises (halls).
Visitors acknowledge that the Company makes visual or audio-visual recordings in the event area. These recordings are made whilst respecting the necessary degree of privacy of the Visitor, but the Visitor is not specifically asked for explicit consent or individually advised of the recording. The Visitor further acknowledges that the Company uses these recordings for its self-presentation. The Company will comply with any express dissent by a Visitor being recorded to the making of the recording; such dissent must be communicated verbally to the person making the recording on for the Company, in a manner that leaves no doubt as to what the Visitor is requesting.
The Visitor acknowledges and agrees that the Company's premises are monitored by a CCTV system with recording capability for the purpose of security of the premises. The rules of personal data protection set out in the Czech law on the processing of personal data no. 110/2019, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, are respected when making the recording and archiving it.
The Visitor must comply with the currently valid hygiene and safety measures for the protection of public health resulting from the emergency measures of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. The exact wording can be found on the website www.bvv.cz/en/safety or at the entrance to the premises.
The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to the premises or remove from the premises any Visitor who fails to comply with the terms of these Visitor Regulations, as well as Visitors under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, without any refund of the ticket price.
Children under the age of 15 may only enter the Company's premises when accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18.
The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time; they are valid until further notice.
