Brief characteristics of the exhibit:
The technical solution of the exhibit refers to a specially adapted and sprung sensor, which is placed under the lower branches of the belts of the belt dryer. The sensor continuously detects the low speed of drying belts (up to 40 cm.min-1), which has not yet been solved with existing belt dryers in the Czech Republic or abroad. The pulses of each sensor are fed into separate converters with displays or into a common merging unit with a display (measuring center) with transmission to a computer. On the displays of the converters, it is possible to monitor the instantaneous and average values of the speed of the drying belts.
