Bus tour organizers – procedure to follow

At the TECHAGRO, SILVA REGINA and BIOMASA Trade Fairs, to be held at the Brno Exhibition Centre from 7 to 11 April 2024, bus tours and other organised groups are welcome!
In addition, their participants can look forward to cheaper tickets. Each member of an organised tour will be able to visit these events for a preferential price of CZK 100 (7 – 10 April 2024) or even free of charge (11 April 2024). Any package tour of 15 or more participants is eligible.
If you intend to organise a package tour, just follow these steps:
1. Get in touch with Mrs. Petra Rudinská (prudinska@bvv.cz, phone: +420 725 595 462) and request a registration form for the participants in the tour.
2. Print the registration forms and hand them out to the participants.
3. Fill in the forms before arriving at the Exhibition Centre.
4. Collect the completed forms from all participants.
5. Collect the admission fee of CZK 100 (7-10 April) from each participant.
6. Submit all registration forms at the box office at once, then you can buy tickets for all tour participants collectively. On 11 April, you will get your tickets for free.
After completing all these steps we will count on you for parking, you will be quickly cleared in at the box office and you may enjoy your visit to the fair in a perfect manner.
ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITION CENTRE AND BUS PARKING
Buses can stop at the OREA Hotel Voro in Křížkovského Street, which is located near the first gate of the Brno Exhibition Centre. For parking, the bus will be directed to the reserved parking lot. Detailed information can be found in this document.
