Ragos Can't Be Missed at the BPM Exhibition

The main vision of the family-owned company Ragos is to support creativity, sewing, and handicrafts through a wide range of tools, fabrics, and accessories suitable not only for professional creators but also for complete beginners. At their booth, you’ll find a vast selection of fabrics, as well as Japanese KAI scissors and innovative tools from brands like Clover and Prym.

As every year, we’re happy to offer our customers new fabrics. We have a special selection from designer Edyta Sitar—these are very popular, and here you’ll find all of her latest collections. We also carry KAI scissors, which are professional-grade and make cutting very easy and, above all, reliable,” says Dana Raselová, owner of the family business Ragos.

The professional Japanese scissors from KAI are a major attraction at the Ragos booth. These lightweight tailor’s shears are made of high-alloy hardened steel, allowing for precise and agile cutting of all types of fabrics. The extremely sharp blades are easy to handle thanks to their ergonomically designed handles made of soft neoprene. These scissors have been on the market for a long time and even won the international “Scissors of the Year” award in 2005. At the Ragos booth, you can try them out—and, of course, buy them—as well as choose from a seemingly endless range of fabrics.

Dana Raselová is a long-time exhibitor at BPM, and the reasons are clear: “Personal contact is absolutely essential. People need to touch the fabrics, try out the scissors—and all of that happens right here at the exhibition,” adds the ever-smiling owner of Ragos
