A highlight of this year's trade fair appearance is the electric transporter from FIBRO, which scores points for its outstanding efficiency and flexibility. The electric transporter impresses with its low energy consumption and represents a cost-effective solution for various transportation tasks such as sorting components and waste disposal. Particularly noteworthy is the ability to use different transport chutes flexibly so that each item can be transported separately. The electric transporter also scores points for its low noise level of just 60 dB, which contributes to a more pleasant working environment. Another advantage is that it does not require compressed air, which not only reduces operating costs but also protects the environment. The transporter is versatile and is suitable for use in metal processing and the automotive industry as well as in the special “Clean Line” version for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

An additional focus at the MSV is the broad spectrum of guide elements, ranging from simple sliding guides and extremely precise needle guides to bronze-coated or bronze-plated guides, sintered sliding guides, recirculating ball bushes and low-maintenance sliding elements. FIBRO offers the right guide element for every application, including customized versions. This contains guide pillars and bushes with customized diameters and lengths, specific preloads for roller guides as well as special coating processes or materials. Thanks to the high stroke speeds that can be easily achieved, the “Million Guide” enables a significant increase in productivity and therefore long-term cost savings.
