Automatic sheet metal storage systems with powerful WMS, universal laser automation and intelligent transport solutions - Remmert will be presenting its innovations at MSV from October 8 to 11 in Brno.
In addition to the new BASIC Tower Easy sheet metal storage tower and the new LaserFLEX Line variant, the entire product portfolio will be presented at MSV in Brno.
Efficient sorting of cut sheets
Visitors to the trade fair can find out about Remmert's various solutions for the efficient and laborsaving sorting of laser-cut sheet metal. The laser automation system LaserFLEX, for example, enables the automatic palletizing or return storage of large-format sheets. This not only eliminates the laborious handling of large sheet metal parts, but also the manual ejection of offcuts. In addition, Remmert offers ergonomic support for manual sorting with the LoopFLEX conveyor belt. With SortFLEX, Remmert has a fully automatic system in its range that automatically picks up and palletizes sheet metal parts.
WMS, system integration and condition monitoring
One of Remmert's particular strengths is system integration, i.e. the linking of various IT and machine components to form a complete solution. The Remmert WMS forms a central hub between ERP and machine control.
With LaserFLEX Line, Remmert offers a laser automation system which, in combination with a sheet metal storage system and absorber belt, provides a highly productive laser cutting center on an extremely small footprint.
