Vollmer: Maximum sharpening for tools in production and service

Vollmer Polska is a subsidiary of Vollmer Group which is a German machine manufacturer, a family business with 115 years of experience in sharpening and cutting tools production. The company's portfolio includes equipment for sharpening and manufacturing of HM carbide tools as well as machines for the production of PKD and hybrid diamond tools through both wire electrode erosion and rotary electrode (EDM) in a process combined with relief and profile grinding.

Our company also provides solutions based on laser processing for PCD tools.
Vollmer is also a distributor and authorized service of Loroch machines for production and sharpening of HSS/HM saw blades.

At the MSV 2024 trade fairs we are proud to present machines –Vollmer VGrind Argon and automatic ultrasonic deburring machine A25 S from our partner UltraTec.

A short introduction of displayed machines:

VOLLMER - VGrind Argon - proven multi-plane machining with standard double spindle, temperature stable polymer concrete base, oil cooled motors with increased torque at the rotation axes and intuitive NUMROTO control system on a modern ergonomic control panel. Simplicity, reliability, precision.

UltraTEC - A25 S - perfectly deburred edges that retain sharp structure in touchless technology. This system removes burrs without thermal stress and without changing the component structure - all while saving up to 95% energy compared to alternative processes such as mechanical deburring, water jet, chemical or vibration technology.
