STYL and KABO trade fairs in full swing

Pavilion P turned into one big fashion show today. 163 exhibitors from 12 countries brought their new collections of clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories to offer the trade. "A total of 380 brands are presenting themselves at the fairgrounds and 40 percent of the exhibitors are from abroad," underlined the international importance of the event, said the project director, Martin Škarka. As always, the fair is adorned with a catwalk where collections of top designers, exhibiting companies and young designers alternate during the day.
New talents
Today's highly anticipated event is a showcase of competition designs by vocational school students at 1pm. From these, the jury will select the best ones to be awarded the title of Young Top Style Designer. Over 60 models from twelve schools have entered, so the popular competition is back in full swing after years of being held.
New trends and innovations
New this year is the Fashion Lounge, a shared space that will welcome more than 10 guests from the fashion business over the course of three days, including creatives, influencers, stylists and successful entrepreneurs. What are the latest trends, legislation and also innovations in materials in the footwear, apparel and also textile industry? You will find out at the lectures of the cooperating associations ATOK, ČOKA and the CLUTEX textile cluster.
