Defending Europe Together: Conference to connect start-ups, investors and key players in the defence sector

IDET will now include a separate Space Defence & Start-Up Hall in Hall G1, where start-ups working in the fields of defence, security or space technology will present themselves. The first two days will be dedicated to the "Defending Europe Together" conference, which aims to connect innovative companies with investors, military officials and major players from the defence industry.

Conference programme
The conference will take place at IDET fair on 28-29 May 2025. Co-organisers are Engaged Investments Conference, Index | DepoVentures.com a Fostering the Baltic Deep Tech and Life Science ecosystem - BSV Ventures
The first day of the konference will focus on exploring investment opportunities and challenges in the European defence technology sector, space defence topics or case studies of successful partnerships between startups and investors.
On the second day, start-ups will get the opportunity to present their innovative solutions on stage. Examples of fast-growing startups that have successfully navigated government and defence contracts will also be discussed.
