Are you going to the MSV International Industrial Fair in Brno and would you appreciate a list of pre-arranged meetings? Use the cooperation platform Contact-Contract. This event combines the advantages of trade fair participation and so-called matchmaking: bilateral meetings with a pre-arranged schedule.
Contact-Contract is a traditional event organised by the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Czech and foreign partners from the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), chambers of commerce, other institutions supporting entrepreneurship and the company BVV Trade Fairs Brno, a. s.
The Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce is organising the Contact-Contract for the fifteenth time at MSV. In 2023, nearly 250 representatives of companies from 22 countries attended in person and participated in eight hundred bilateral meetings. Try out this well-functioning platform also during this year's anniversary edition of MSV.
Make appointments at the fair in advance
The process of joining Contact-Contract is simple. "The first step you have to take is to register on the kk.rhkbrno.cz website, fill in the company profile and describe the type of cooperation offered or requested," says Lenka Votavová, PR manager of the event, and continues, "Registration profiles are then published in an online catalogue where the participants involved choose potential partners. They can then request a meeting. The other participant can either accept or decline the meeting. Accepted appointments will be made during the MSV. The web portal is very simple and easy to use, and we also provide telephone and online briefings if perhaps they get lost on it. Participants also praise our mobile app, which allows them to respond promptly to appointment requests."
An effective tool for both visitors and exhibitors
Contact-Contract enables exhibitors and visitors to better organise their time at the International Engineering Fair. It is a unique opportunity to plan your programme and arrange b2b meetings with other exhibitors, visitors and experts in advance. Visitors to the fair can use the special RHK Brno meeting stand for their meetings, while exhibitors can negotiate directly at their stand or use the chamber's stand. During the four days, each participant is able to attend up to 39 pre-arranged meetings, so they can make efficient use of their time at the fair. Other meetings are spontaneous.
